We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, giving offline/online demos, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall revenue for Manage My Lawsuits.

Key Requirements:
Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in SaaS and IT services is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Soft Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • The expertise to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively to drive sales.
  • Good listening skills to understand and interpret information accurately by paying full attention during conversations.
  • The ability to ask relevant, insightful questions to gather information and understand client needs.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
