Apply for this jobWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, giving offline/online demos, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall revenue for Manage My Lawsuits.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in SaaS and IT services is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- The expertise to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively to drive sales.
- Good listening skills to understand and interpret information accurately by paying full attention during conversations.
- The ability to ask relevant, insightful questions to gather information and understand client needs.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
