   JBK collects personal information about (1) Subscribers; (2) Users; and (3) Visitors. If an individual purchases Services or uses the Website directly on its own behalf, then such individual is both a Subscriber and a User.

   1. Subscriber: When a Subscriber registers an account for the Services, the Subscriber is required to provide Personal Information that is necessary for Us to provide the Services. We ask for Personal Information that includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, location, IP address, financial information, phone number, password, and the entity name (if applicable).
   2. User: When a User registers for a Service, the User is required to provide Personal Information that is necessary for Us to provide the Service. We ask for information that includes but is not limited to, name, profile picture, signature, designation, city they reside in, country they reside in, their client details and other contact information including email address and phone number and password.
   3. Visitor: When a Visitor visits the Website, JBK collects information as explained in Section 8 below. We may also collect other Personal Information that is provided by the Visitor at the Visitor’s discretion, such as when a Visitor contacts Us or submits the demo request form or ad form or any such.

   2. Legitimate Interest: To protect Our legal rights, to improve the performance, features and security of the Website and Services by analyzing user behavior, for security and audit trials or for detection or prevention of fraud or misuse of Our Services or properties.

   1. User Information with Subscriber: We provide Services to Subscribers who may provide access to the Users. Accordingly, JBK may provide access to the Subscriber with User Information and reports generated using the Services.
   2. Service Providers: Our Service Providers and affiliates are authorized to use Personal Information exclusively for providing Service to You. We may engage third parties for specific roles, such as marketing or analysis, ensuring restricted use of Personal Information solely for the assigned task. Adherence to ‘Google API Services User Data Policy’ is maintained for information received from Google APIs, including ‘Limited Use’ requirements.

For Legal Reasons: We may disclose Personal Information as required by law such as to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to establish or exercise legal rights or defend against legal claims and when We believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect Our right, or to protect Your safety or the safety of others. Merger and Acquisition: If JBK is involved in merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, Subscriber will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Website or Service of any changes in ownership, processing of Personal Information, and choices available to Subscriber regarding any Personal Information in Our possession.
4. User Content.

   You acknowledge and agree that all content, including but not limited to client information and data uploaded or generated by You while using the Service, is Your sole responsibility. We do not analyze, use, or disclose client information for any purpose other than providing the Services. Your client information remains private and secure within the confines of Your account, and JBK will not exploit, sell, or share this information for any third-party processing activities.

   1. Data Transfer and Storage: By accessing the Website or using the Services, You agree and provide Your consent to transfer and store Personal Information, including personally identifiable information and sensitive personal data, to servers located in Mumbai.
